Smart Haruna

Michael Enesi Smart Haruna is an engineer is an engineer, educator, and passionate advocate for youth development. Having witnessed firsthand the gap between academic knowledge and real-world readiness among Nigerian students, he founded SHLI to be the bridge that transforms potential into impact.

Driven by faith, excellence, and a deep sense of purpose, Smart brings both technical rigor and human-centered leadership to everything SHLI undertakes. His vision: a generation of knowledgeable, skilled, and value-driven young Nigerians and Africans at large.
