Requirements
Become a Volunteer, Mentor, Collaborator, or Sponsor
At SHLI, we welcome passionate individuals and organizations who share our vision of transforming lives through education, mentorship, leadership development, and entrepreneurship.
Requirements
Volunteer (Individuals)
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate good character, integrity, and professionalism.
- Be willing to dedicate time and effort to SHLI programs and activities.
- Possess a passion for youth development and community impact.
- Complete the volunteer application and onboarding process.

Volunteer (Mentors)
- Possess relevant academic, professional, entrepreneurial, or leadership experience.
- Be willing to guide, coach, and inspire students and young professionals.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commit to periodic mentorship sessions as agreed.
- Uphold SHLI’s values and code of conduct.
Process
Requirements
Collaborator (Organizations)
- Be a registered organization, institution, business, NGO, or community group.
- Share a commitment to education, empowerment, leadership development, or entrepreneurship.
- Be willing to contribute resources, expertise, facilities, opportunities, or joint programs.
- Enter into a mutually beneficial collaboration agreement with SHLI.
- Operate in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
Requirements
Sponsor a Student (Organizations/Individuals)
- Commit to supporting a student’s educational, vocational, or leadership development journey.
- Be willing to provide financial assistance, educational resources, training sponsorship, or scholarship support.
- Support SHLI’s mission of expanding access to quality education and opportunities.
- Agree to SHLI’s sponsorship guidelines and reporting framework.
